What if something breaks during my stay?
If something gets damaged or stops working, please inform us immediately. Minor damage happens, and we’ll handle repairs as needed.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Can I extend my stay?
Feel free to call or text your host if you would like to extend your stay and I will do my best to accommodate the extension if availability allows.
What should I do in case of a power outage?
In the event of a power outage, flashlights are available in the kitchen pantry. Please keep doors and windows closed to maintain the indoor temperature. Then please inform your host by calling 727-742-1917.

First Aid Kit
The first aid kit can be found in the kitchen counter shelf facing the coffee bar, and there is a second one is down in the shed. They include essential items such as bandages, antiseptic wipes, adhesive tape, scissors, tweezers, and a first aid manual.
Fire Extinguisher
The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. In the event of a fire, pull the pin from the handle, aim the nozzle at the base of the flames, squeeze the handle to release the extinguishing agent, and sweep from side to side.
