House Rules

No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in provided receptacles and not on the lawn or in the river.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10PM (for outside noise, 11 PM inside noise) to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these times.

No Parties, Events, or Guests
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Only the guests on the booking are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests, visitors or overnight stays are permitted. Absolutely no fireworks are allowed on premises or on/near the River.

Property Care & Responsibility
To ensure a great experience for all guests, please take reasonable care to avoid damage to the property, furnishings, and appliances. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please notify your host promptly of any issues.

No Pets
In order to keep an allergen-free home for all guests, and to keep the lawn and landscape beautiful, pets are not permitted.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
BEFORE YOU GO
- Personal Belongings: Double-check all rooms for personal items. Be sure to check drawers, closets, cabinets, shower, etc.
- Food: Please clean out the refrigerator and remove any food items before checking out.
- Garbage: Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins at the parking area, including the garbage down by the shed/fire pit area.
- Dishes: Please load and start the dishwasher before you go.
- Lock up: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
- Turn off lights & appliances: Turn off all lights and make sure oven/stove, air fryer and any other electrical items are turned off.
